In case you receive a product with any kind of damage, stains on the rug, or more that 2-3% variation is size, please email us at sales@thedripco.in within 48 hours of receiving the rug with proper pictures.
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.
Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.
Care Instructions
New rugs shed naturally. Do not brush or scrub the rug.
Vacuum periodically, avoiding the beater brush mode.
Blot spills immediately. Do not rub the stain.
If a thread comes out, do not pull the yarn. Trim it with scissors.
Rotate the rug occasionally to evenly distribute wear and tear.
Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to prevent flattening and piling.
Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.
Do not fold the rug.
Avoid using the rug on damp or wet surfaces.
Use a rug pad to prevent the rug from slipping and sliding.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed an order, it takes us about 15-18 Business Day to get your rug ready and ship it out to you.
The Delivery takes 4-5 days.
In case the product is in stock with us, we will ship it out within 48hr.
Why does it take so long to make these rugs?
Each rug goes through an extensive process, including colour selection, material dying, hand weaving, gluing, and finishing by carving with scissors, making it a labour-intensive and time-consuming process.

Why are these rugs so expensive?
We only deal in hand tufted rugs and as the name suggests, these rugs are hand made by our skilled karigars in house. We make sure we pay well to our workers so that they can provide us with the best of their craftsmanship.
What is the Material used?
We use 100% New Zealand Wool. This wool gives a very bright look and proper finish on the rug in comparison to other wools, its very soft as well as durable.

Is COD Available ?
